Boxes

Our boxes are made from 400gm Silk Art Card for rugged durability. They can be printed on both the ouside and the inside (if required) in Spot colour or Full Colour. They can be finished with Gloss or Matt Lamination. Box types B4, B5 and B6 can also be spot UV varnished. Please ask for details. Boxes are supplied flat but glued. This means they are ready to be filled on delivery.

Bespoke Boxes

If your required box has differnt dimensions we are pleased to undertake these for you. beside each of our price tables we also show you the rectangular flat size we can undertake for the same price as our standard box, (plus a one off additional forme cost which is also shown). Your design for a bespoke box should include detailed layout information.

Fluted Liners

Fluted liners are availble as an optioanl extra. Liners provide extra stiffness, if required for larger boxes. These are available for box types B4, B5 and B6. We feature six popular box sizes. We hold the cutting formes for these standard boxes so that there is no additional forme charge.

Normal Turnaround

Guaranteed dispatch in FOUR working days from receipt of full payment and complete artwork or approval of proof. A multiple job consignment will be dispatched complete when all items are ready.

50% Turnaround

Accelerated Turnaround in TWO working days is available.

Artwork

Artwork needs to be supplied at the correct size, with 3mm bleed.
